Who's Rubén Soto?

Rubén Soto is an experienced and dedicated trial lawyer.  His practice includes:

Mr. Soto's clients include individuals and companies in industries such as construction, transportation and delivery, security, health and real estate.  
Mr. Soto has ample experience defending employers and employees in labor and employment litigation, and wage and hour litigation. He provides advice to employers on these and other employment related issues, and represents clients in administrative proceedings before regulatory agencies (CFSE, Department of Labor) and arbitration proceedings.
In civil law, his practice focuses on torts, family matters including divorce and liquidation of conjugal property, contract law and debt collection.  Additionally, he handles notary affairs and inheritance law.

Who's Leonardo Aldridge?

Mr. Leonardo M. Aldridge is, above all else, a defense trial attorney.

Mr. Aldridge has worked as:
  • Trial attorney at Brooklyn Defender Services, representing thousands of defendants charged with felonies in New York City.
  • Assistant Federal Public Defender in Puerto Rico, taking several criminal cases to trial and suppressing illegally seized evidence in scores of cases. He has also argued successfully before the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
  • Adjunct professor of criminal procedure courses at Interamerican University School of Law.
  • Senate aide in charge of Penal Code review and reform.
  • Consultant to the Puerto Rico court system.
  • Law clerk for former Supreme Court Chief Justice Federico Hernandez-Denton.

Mr. Aldridge handles high-profile cases (drug-trafficking, weapons, child pornography, money laundering and fraud) and can often be heard on radio and TV analyzing the political and judicial scene.
However, more often than not, his cases are resolved quietly after intense negotiations with the United States Attorney’s Office or local prosecutors. Mr. Aldridge's high level of credibility with prosecutors often leads to positive case resolutions.
